The 40th California Avocado Festival in downtown Carpinteria October 2-4, 2026 is complete with 3 full days of Peace, Love and Guacamole! We have 60+ bands, 4 stages, 50 arts & crafts and commercial vendors, 15 delicious food vendors and over a dozen non profits on site for you to help support. Reminder all proceeds of the festival go to the Carpinteria Education Foundation and the Future Farmers of America!

Friday - 1pm to 11pm Locals Block Party (open to all)
Saturday - 11am to 10pm
Sunday - 11am - 6pm

Want to be Volunteer?
It takes over 200 volunteers to make the annual Avocado Festival happen. You can be a part of one of the best weekends of the year in Carpinteria at volunteer! It is a great way to meet your neighbors, hear some music and help your community.
You can volunteer as an individual or gather your friends/business and do a group volunteer session.
